The Court of Justice of the European Union, the highest court in the EU, ruled today that when it comes to the development of new medical conditions in proximity to vaccination, that the timing of vaccination, prior good health, and family health history can all be considered by the Courts when making a legal ruling about whether a vaccine caused the medical condition.
